centerolatral disk protrusion associated with canal stenosis is seen at L3 - L4 and L4 - L5 levels.
also there is centeral disk protrusion associated with thecal sac impression at L1-L2 and L2 - L3 levels
posterior disk bulging is seen at T11 - T12 , T12 - L1 and L5 - S1 levels
schmurl nodes are seen at multiple levels
no evidence of intramedullary lesion and S.O.L is seen
visualized cord and conus medullaris appear normal in shape and signal intensity
