من قصد دارم برای phd مکاترونیک اپلای کنم. تصور میکنم دانشگاه های ژاپن برای ادامه تحصیل در این رشته بهتر از دانشگاه های اروپا و آمریکا با شند . منظورم کیفیت آموزش است. اینطور نیس؟
معدل کارشناسیم 15.30معدل ارشد16.20 است از یه دانشگاه دولتی که سطح متوسطی داره فارغ التحصیل شدم به نظر شما با این شرایط میتونم بورس مونومبوشو بگیرم؟
نمره زبان میتونه معدلمو جبران کنه؟
پذیرش گرفتن برای دانشگاه های اروپایی راحت تر از ژاپن نیست؟

Please be note, At least I have informed a large number of univereities in world are offer Phd programs in EU and United States while I have no more believe that Japan universities are goodin Mechancial as much as those. Furthermore, Your GPA is not very attractive for any professor or admission committee to admit you for top universitis in Japan. otherwise you didn't publish any papers or taking ielts or toefl english certificate. In my opinion, it would better to consider more verity universities in world for your subject to applying for that especially Germany, Finland, Netherlands and Italy
