اپلاي بيانيه مالي از من خاستند و ترجمه پاسپورت كه من ندارم. ميشه به جاي ترجمه
پاسپورت ، ترجمه شناسنامه را فرستاد؟ ميشه
بيانيه مالي بانكي را فعلا نفرستاد يا حتما بايد همراه مدارك اپلاي باشد؟

Individuals (parents,
brothers, uncles, etc.) listed on the Certificate of Financial Responsibility,
as the source of funding for the student, should provide original bank
statements. Bank statements should be dated within the past six months, be from
an individual account and show funds that are immediately accessible and
transferable. Credit card statements, business accounts, property value
documents, solvency statements, statements of income, and insurance policies may
not be submitted as sources of financial verification. Photocopies, faxes and
scanned documents are also not accepted.
Students Seeking an F-1 or
J-1 visa:
o Completed Certificate of Financial Responsibility
(PDF),
signed by you and your sponsor
o An
original* bank statement in your name or your sponsor’s name demonstrating the
minimum required funds for your studies at Mason
o Copy
of the identification page of your passport
*Photocopies, faxes, and
scanned documents cannot not be accepted.
Submit the Certificate of
Financial Responsibility Form
The Certificate
of Financial Responsibility (PDF) provides important
information needed to prepare the I-20 document for your student visa. The form
must be filled out completely and signed by both you and your sponsor(s). The
projected cost to attend George Mason University is approximately $42,788.
Applicants need to indicate on the Certificate
of Financial Responsibility (PDF) the source(s) of the funds
and the location where they would like their I-20 document mailed.

Provide a copy of your passport
