سلام. استادی در پاسخ به ایمیل من متن پایین را فرستاده، به نظرتون اپلای کنم برای دپارتمانشون؟ و با توجه به نداشتن فاند، چنانچه اپلای کنم ایشان را به عنوان سوپروایزر انتخاب کنم؟اساتید دیگه ای هم هستن که دقیقا تواین فیلد کار می کنند ولی ایمیل نزدم بهشون که واسه پوزیشن خالی بپرسم؟ممنون می شم راهنمایی نمایید.

A limited number of Research Assistantships are available each year depending on the number of funded research projects received by faculty in the program. Funding availability varies throughout the year and is typically awarded only after a student has applied to the program and has been officially accepted by the university. Unfortunately, I'm just returning from a sabbatical leave and do not currently have any funding for new PhD students.
In addition, since you do not have an engineering degree you would be required to take several undergraduate engineering courses (see web site) in addition to our graduate classes.
