در جملات غیر غیرپرسشی بهتره Now رو در ابتدای جمله یا هم که بعد از فعل بیارین (البته خیلی وقت ها معناشون با هم فرق داره و معادل هم دیگه نیستند). برای نمونه:

Now let's take a look at it.
Now we know these theories are not correct.
What we do now is very important for our future.
Things we do now that we didn't do when we were at high school.

در جملات پرسشی now عمدتا در انتهای جمله قرار می گیره:
What happens now?
What the hell do we do now?

در جمله شما به نظرم بهتره Now در ابتدای جمله آورده بشه.
