دوستان بعد از اینکه امروز دوباره به سفارت ازدواجم رو اطلاع دادم یه میل برام اومد که مدارک زیر رو خواسته:

Dear Applicant,
You have informed us of your recent or upcoming marriage or that you have a common-law spouse (a person with whom you have been cohabiting in a conjugal relationship for a period of at least one year).
IMPORTANT :According to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations, an officer can issue a permanent resident visa only if it has been established that the applicant and his family members, whether accompanying or not, are not inadmissible on medical, criminal or security grounds. Your spouse or your common-law spouse must beexamined.The fees are required only if your spouse or your common-law spouse will accompany you to Canada.
If you wish to sponsor him or her at a later date, you will be required to submit a sponsorship and pay the fees once you have become a permanent resident of Canada. Please note that this could lead to several months of separation from your spouse while your sponsorship application and your spouse’s permanent residence application are being processed.
The following documents are required, if your spouse or your common-law spouse will accompagny you to Canada :
fees required in the amount of CAN $550 (processing fee) + CAN $490 (right of permanent residence), for a total of CAN $1040 (see the "Method of Payment" sheet attached)
Even if your spouse or your common-law spouse will not accompagny you to Canada, the following documents are required:
the IMM0008 Generic form completed by you as principal applicant. Please date and sign the form at the bottom of the last page
the other attached forms to be completed, dated and signed by your spouse
4 (four) identical and recent photographs of your spouse
photocopy of your spouse’s valid passport (do not include blank pages)
photocopy of your spouse’s birth certificate showing both parents’ names
photocopy of your marriage certificate, declaration of common-law relationship or other proof of your relationship with your spouse
if your spouse is divorced or legally separated, photocopy of the divorce decree or legal separation document
if your spouse has children from a previous relationship, photocopy of the document establishing the custody of the children and visiting rights
originals of police certificates along with a translation in French or English issued within the last three months by the authorities of all countries in which your spouse has resided for more than 6 months since his or her 18[sup]th[/sup] birthday. You will find more information on how to obtain a police certificate from certain countries on the following web site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information.../index.asp
military service for your spouse (rank, unit and location). Provide a photocopy of the certificate of good conduct.
on the attached sheet, indicate the dates, destination and reasons for any trips, including tourism, taken by your spouse outside his or her country of origin/residence in the last 10 years (but only since his or her 18th birthday).
if you are applying as a Skilled Worker or Business Immigrant and your destination in Canada is other than the province of Quebec:
- photocopy of your spouse’s educational diplomas and certificates
- if your spouse has worked in Canada for at least one year, full-time, photocopy of his or her work permit
- if your spouse has completed a program of full-time study of at least two years’ duration at a post-secondary institution in Canada, photocopy of his or her student permit
- if you or your spouse has a close relative in Canada (brother, sister, father, mother, grandparent, child, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece) who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada, proof of the relationship and of the relative’s status in Canada
Please wait until you have all the documents assembled before sending them to us and return this letter with your reply. You must attach an official translation into English or French of any document not already in one or the other of these languages. You must submit all documents by mail only.
Your spouse will be required to undergo a medical examination. We will send you the form and instructions once we have received the documents listed above. If you have not yet undergone your medical examination, you may wait and do so at the same time as your spouse. If you have undergone the medical examination but the results expire soon, we will send a form for you as well.
You must provide all the documents and the fees within 2 months from the date of this letter in order to include your spouse or common-law spouse to your file and issue the medical instructions.

چند تا سوال دارم که ممنون میشم جواب بدید:
1- هنوز از خودم RPRF نخواستند. 1040$ رو فعلا بفرستم و منتظر بمونم تا برای من رو بخواند؟!
2- اون 550$ رو چطور پرداخت کنم؟!
3- ترجمه سند ازدواج رو خواستند. البته گفتند و یا هر چیزی که رابطه شما رو با همسرتون نشون بده. سند ازدواج خیلی طولانیه. کلش رو ترجمه کنم؟ یا فقط صفحات مشخصات زوج و زوجه رو؟! و یا اینکه همون ترجمه شناسنامه کافیه؟!
4- از همسرم پایان خدمت خواستند!! توضیح بدم که تو ایران خانومها سربازی نمیرند کافیه دیگه؟!
5- ترجمه مدارک تحصیلی همسرم رو خواستند!! همسرم سال آخر پزشکی هستش. چی بفرستم؟! دیپلمش رو؟!
6- در انتها نوشته:

و اینکه برای عدم سوء پیشینه نوشته: originals of police certificates along with a translation in French or English
