I think Barron's is the best one, however, I myself do love Cambridge.
You have got to adapt yourself to long and different listenings, full of new words as well.
Watching movies is a good friend, but it should not be considered as the main road. Do it in spare time.
I recommend that you listen to "Listening Comprehension" and the listening part of the book entitled "Building and Developing and Mastering Skills for the TOEFL iBT". Both of them would give you a hand to major your listening
