Unfortunately, you have no chance to get any fund from some good universities in Turkey with your educational background in my opinion it is better to reform your resume with publishing on good papers and take a high score in english language then try for many universities in EU not only in Turkey
آیا من میتونم با نوشتن مقاله و گرفتن نمره حداقل زبان با این شرایط معدلی و دارای سابقه کار مرتبط از دانشگاه های اروپا و یا ترکیه پذیرش با فاند بگیرم ؟ امکانش هستش ؟
الان دقیقا برای دکترای سازه در ترکیه چه چیزهایی لازم است ؟ فقط کوانت زبان ؟ gre
