[font]Dear Author. Before I send your paper to the Editor in Chief to look at and do a scope assessment, there is a fee if you your paper is accepted. [size=11pt][font]Because of ever-increasing cost of production process, quality printing and air mail postage, accepted papers[/font][/size][size=11pt][font] will be asked to make a US $ 270 contribution per paper up to 15 final pages. After 15 pages, in addition there will be a $100.00 per page fee. We encourage authors to keep their papers at/or under this page limit. This fee includes a one-year free subscription of the Journal and e-print from Taylor & Francis in UK. [/font][/size][/font]
