Let me make some comment on master of industrial design in Europe. You can study master of industrial design in countries such the Netherlands.
I have not seen any combination industrial engineering and industrial design in Europe. Looking at your background, I would suggest go for a master of industrial engineering (considering your work experince) or a master in industrial design. Also consider you own personal interest and passion. Whatever you select you should be your best in it.
