تبدیل ویزای دانشجویی به اقامت دائم استرالیا پس از تحصیل

من کمی این موضوع رو برای علاقه مندان مهاجرت به استرالیا بیشتر توضیح میدم.

بطور کلی در زمان تقاضای این نوع مهاجرت شما اگر در ۶ ماه اخیر در استرالیا ۲ سال تحصیل کرده باشید ( این دوسال میتواند پیوسته و یا ناپیوسته و در دانشگاههای مختلف باشد... ) میتوانید پس از این دوسال تقاضای اقامت دایم کنید.

قبلا اینگونه بود که رشته تحصیلی شما میبایست جزو لیست رشته های مورد نیاز دولت استرالیا که به SOL معروف بود قرار داشت ولی با این تغییرات اگر رشته شما در لیستی که قبلا اداره مهاجرت در نظر گرفته بود نباشد همچنان میتوانید تقاضای اقامت دایم کنید. شاید این تنها مزیت این روش با قبل بود.

ولی این سیستم درحال تغییرات کلی است به طوری که شرایط را برای فارغ التحصیلان دو سال تحصیل محدود میکند.

این نوع تقاضای مهاجرت جزو Subclass 885 Skilled Independent دسته بندی میشه.

برای این کار باید جمع امتیازهای شما طبق مطلبی که در ادامه عنوان میکنم به ۶۵ برسه تا بتوانید درخواست کنید:
