The Dutch immigration and naturalization service (IND) has taken a bo...ld decision to unilaterally suspend every MVV- or residence permit application (either new or extension) from PhD students and researchers (kennismigrant) with Iranian nationality for an unspecified amount of time according to EU sanctions against Iran.
