چون حداقل چیزی که می فرمایید با تجربه من و حضراتی که تو بیش از 9 تا دانشگاه اول کانادا در رشته های مختلف می شناسم، همخوانی نداره...
اینجوری فکر می کنم یه تلفیقی از اطلاعات به دست بیاد که مشخص کنه اگه واقعا دپارتمان هایی در کانادا هستند که چنین رویه ای دارن، کدوم ها هستن و دوستانی که در آینده به لحاظ معدل نگرانی دارند دید بهتری از گزینه های با احتمال بالاتر داشته باشند...

What are the admission requirements?
MSc and MEng
A bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.00 (based on a 4.00 system) over the last two years of work (graduate courses are included where applicable).
PhD
MSc degree or transfer from MSc program with a BSc degree GPA of 3.60 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Transfer from MSc to PhD is allowed only after the successful completion of all courses required for the MSc degree with a GPA of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Grade Point Average (GPA)
In general, we require a GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 point system (77% or better) for your last two undergraduate years or 20 courses, whichever is greater. If you have taken less than 20 courses in the last two years, we calculate back in increments of one term. All courses in a term must be used and not simply the best 20 courses (a term will not be split to obtain a total of 20 courses). Equivalencies are First Class, First Division, 8.0 on a 10.0 point scale, or 15.00/20.00.
