ببین وقتی میگن ددلاین یه دانشگاه رولینگ هست ، دقیقا یعنی چی؟
این یه این معنی هست که نتیجه ها رو زودتر میدن یا نه؟
آخه من یه جا دارم اپلای می کنم و اونجا رولینگ هست ولی میخام صبر کنم نتیجه بقیه جاها هم بیاد
به نظرت مشکلی نمیشه اگه جواب پذیرش بیاد ولی بهشون بگی صبر کنین یه چند هفته؟
it means that if they want to have 10 new PhD students and 11 people applied for it, first they will review the first one who applied for it then the 2nd one till the 11th one. in this procedure suppose that they gave the offer to the first one and he accept it then to the 2nd one and he accept then 10th one and accept it automatically they are going to give the offer to the 11th one!
this is the FIFO system (First in First Out) , the sooner you apply the sooner they will review your application.
