ارسال ایمیل تبلیغاتی به متخصصان یک رشته ی خاص جهت ایجاد فروم مخصوص همان رشته

ممکنه نظرتون رو در مورد متن ایمیل بالا بگید؟
لازم شد نکته ای را نیز یادآور شوم و آن اینکه همه ی این افرادی که من قصد ارسال ایمیل به آنان را دارم استادان بنام سنجش از دور که سال ها در این زمینه فعالیت مستمر داشتن نیستن و برخی مثل خودم دانشجوی ارشد یا دکتری هستند
در واقع من سعی دارم این پیام رو به گوش هرکسی که در این زمینه فعالیتی داشته چه پیر و چه جوان برسانم و شما میدانید که جوانان از چنین فعالیت هایی بیشتر استقبال میکنند
مورد دیگر اینکه شما میدانید سنجش از دور یک فیلد میان رشته ای است و افرادی که من دارم بهشون ایمیل میفرستم ممکنه رشته شون اصلا فتوگرامتری و سنجش از دور نباشه
میتونه برق و مخابرات / جغرافی/جنگلداری/محیط زیست و .... باشه
به همین دلیل احساس میکنم نوشتن تمپلیت به این صورت که همه ی این افراد رو طوری خطاب کنم که سال ها در این زمینه فعالیت مستمر داشتن چندان جالب نباشه و ممکنه برای افراد باسابقه مثل pottier و .... درست باشه ولی برای جوانان و به خصوص کسانی که رشته شون به طور خاص سنجش از دور یا فتوگرامتری نیست چندان جالب نخواهد بود

  I had a look at the page. For me, I'm already in ResearchGate,
  LinkedIn and Facebook groups. And Pulsewaves.

  There the groups are even more specific, like close-range
  photogrammetry as an example.

  I listed myself to follow the Q/A group, (not this address though) and pass this information
  to a colleague who is supervising several PhD-students who might be
  interested in such a possibility.

Hello

Of course this site will use tags to distinguish more specific concepts like close range photogrammetry, SAR interferometry, SAR polarimetry, SAR tomography, hyperspectral imagery, Computational photography, etc just like other sites of stackexchange.

stackexchange has a ready template for Q&A sites and is enable to create such sites if and only if the community of that field proclaims the necessity of such a site. 

I know that we can ask our questions in researchgate, linkedin and facebook groups but I mean a specific site which acts like a brand for our profession and gathers related experts all around the world and is rated highly in search engines in such a manner that every new

questioner is guided towards this site just like GIS SE which has gathered about 40000 gis experts already and up to know 61000 related questions has been asked on it.

Anyway thanks for your participation in the process. I hope we will have a specific site for ourselves in addition to those professional groups in social networks

در ایمیل پاسخ Up to now نوشته شده up to know. همین طور به نظرم کلمه anyway رو از ابتدای پاراگراف آخر حذف کنید.

در ایمیل اولیه هم بهتره یکی دو جا بین پاراگراف ها enter بزنید که خواننده استراحت کنه و متن یک تیکه دیده نشه. مثلا قبل از جمله های as you might have noticed و as you can see میشه چنین enter ای رو بزنید.

I myself am working on SAR polarimetric decompositions but I occasionally try to read papers in other areas of remote sensing and not limit myself to just a special area. 
During two years of my master studies, I felt the lack of comprehensive and organized resources for remote sensing on net and so proposed a Q&A site and tried my best to promote the idea.
Now we have fulfilled the first phase and are in definition phase. This is the phase that experts and research-level students come and commit to use the site in its early days (private launch) in order to enrich the content and prepare it for public launch in which it can be accessible through search engines. 
I think your help as a reputed researcher who has publications in a journal with highest impact factor among all of the other remote sensing journals will be really valuable for the site in those 21 days of private beta.
The site that I've proposed to create will be built on the same software as stackoverflow.com if it gains enough committers at most until July 31th 2017, and as you might know stackoverflow.com is a hugely popular site where over seven million programmers help each other with difficult programming problems. On Stack Overflow the audience votes for the best answer, so the answer you want is usually right at the top, not on page five.
I'm hoping that a site for remote Sensing and photogrammetry experts, professors, scientists and students would have the same kind of network effect and turn into an amazing resource.

البته جون تصمیم ندارم ایمیل ها رو به صورت bulk ارسال کنم و میخوام تا حد امکان اعتماد فرد رو جلب کنم ایمیل ها رو از طریق mail server دانشگاه تهران ارسال خواهم کرد و هر شب فقط یک ایمیل به اولین نویشنده هر مقاله که معمولا جوان و دانشجویان دکتری هستند ارسال خواهم کرد. ولی واقعا الان فرصت ندارم که برم دوباره اون مقالات رو چک کنم و affiliation افراد رو چک کنم.
فقط میخوام هرشب تعییرات جزئی تو متن بالا بدم و به یه فرد جدید ارسال کنم.

جمله زیر رو میشه به این صورت کوتاه کرد که «من فارغ التحصیل رشته سنجش از راه دور هستم و روی موضوع ... کار می کنم» و اون رو به پاراگراف بعدی (during my graduate studies I felt the lack of) وصل کرد.

در جمله The site that I have proposed to create عبارت to create تا حدی زیادی هست چون بعدش گفته شده will be built 

در این متن که پاگراف بندی ها خیلی جالب نیست و کوتاه و بلند هستند و جمله های انتهایی هم نقطه ندارند که امیدوارم به دلیل ویرایشگر سایت باشه و در متن ایمیل اصلی شکیل تر باشه.
