برای من جالبه چرا اینقدر متفاوت جواب میدن من با یک ایمیل دیگه هم ازشون پرسیده بودم :
I
have interviewed on 21 jury for a conference in San Fransisco to
present my paper on September19, 2011. but my case is currently
undergoing processing.
Now another conference has invited me for presentation my paper in New York city on march 2012 .
it
is possible to regard it in making the final determination of visa
length and validity or I have to wait for finishing undergoing process
and set another appointment ?

As your conference is now only on March 2012,
you will need to reply again for a new DS 160 visa form and also you
will need to take an new appointment but only in December month or
after.
