انتقال SEVIS Fee از یک I-20 به I-20 دیگر

خلاصه روشی که بابک بهش ارجاع داده.
این روش برای انتقال sevis از یه فرم i-20 به فرم دیگه i-20 دانشگاه دیگه یا حتی همون دانشگاه  ( با sevis id متفاوت البته) صورت میگیره. این روش معمولا واسه defer و یا تغییر دانشگاه کاربرد داره.

و یک ایمیل دقیق و کامل بفرستین به fmjfee.SEVIS@DHS.gov با سابجکت Fee Transfer. متن ایمیل مثلا:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Due to delays with my visa, I had to defer my admission of Fall ..... to Spring ...... The school has sent me my new I-20 wherein my SEVIS ID has been altered. Please find the previous fee receipt attached to this email as well as required info below.

Name:
Surname:
Date of Birth:
Previous SEVIS ID:
New SEVIS ID:
Mailing address:

 

As I might receive the updated I-797 later than expected, I would appreciate it if you could kindly send me an online fee transfer confirmation via email so that I can take it with me to the US embassy.

و تاییدیه SEVIS fee transfer میاد به این صورت معمولا:

We have accepted and processed your request to transfer your SEVIS I-901 fee. The updated fee payment information will be recorded in SEVIS on the new SEVIS ID and on the website at www.fmjfee.com. You will also be sent an updated I-797 receipt reflecting the fee payment transfer to the requested SEVIS ID. You can print an electronic copy of your receipt at anytime from our website. Go to www.fmjfee.com and click “Check Status” and then enter your SEVIS ID, last name, and date of birth. The printed receipt is as valid as the hard copy (sent through the mail) and will be acceptable to take to your Visa interview and to enter the United States. You do not have to wait for the updated/hard copy receipt to arrive.

 "اگه تقاضای انتقال SEVIS fee رو ندیم، توی سفارت به مشکل بر میخوریم؟"
جواب:

Yes you would have faced some problems at the embassy. Your old SEVIS ID is in CANCELED status. You cannot enter the country on the CANCELED record.

 وقتی‌ I-20 جدید به دستتون می‌رسه و می‌بینید SEVIS ID عوض شده، بلافاصله به همین ترتیب عمل کنید و تقاضای انتقال SEVIS fee بدید.
