به نظر من يك توصيه نامه ي معمولي هستش و جنرال. يعني شبيه اين زياد در اينترنت يافت ميشه. توصيه نامه ايي از نظر من خوبه كه استاد از شما چيزهايي رو بيان كنه يا تجربيات يا خاطراتي كه در جاي ديگه موجود نباشه و در ضمن نشون بده شما در شرايط خاص داراي چه قابليت هايي هستيد.
مثلا براي توضيح حرفم به متن زير توجه كنيد:
ايشون خيلي فعاله و پر انرژي . (حالا چرا؟ ) يادم مياد سال گذشته در دانشگاه كنفرانسي داشتيم كه اون شبانه روز در دانشگاه براي هماهنگي دوندگي ميكرد و با اينكه چند شب كم خوابي كشيده بود كار گروهي خوبي ارائه داد همه چيز به خوبي برگزا ر شد و من از اينكه مسئوليت اين قضيه رو بهش دادم جدا به خودم باليدم.

از عبارت to whom it may concern زمانی استفاده می کنیم که دریافت کننده نامه را نشناسیم در غیر اینصورت اگر اسم دریافت کننده را بدونیم استفاده از این عبارت نادرسته.در مورد انتهای نامه و استفاده از Yours sincerely و Yours faithfully چنان که در ابتدای نامه اسم دریافت کننده را ذکر کرده باشین باید از ,Yours sincerely استفاده کنید مثلاDear Miss Emma watson اما وقتی اسم دریافت کننده نامه را در ابتدای نامه ذکر نکرده باشین یا فقط میدونید که خانم هستن یا اقا در ابتدای نامه می نویسید Dear Sir or Madam و در انتها از عبارت ,Yours faithfully استفاده می کنید در موارد استفاده از to whom it may concern هم باید از Yours faithfully استفاده کرد حتما باید حرف اول حرف بزرگ و یک کاما هم در انتهاش قرار بگیره ,Yours faithfully
