موسسه تکنولوژی نیوزیلند که  WelTec نامیده می شود یک موسسه آموزش عالی دولتی در شهر ولینگتون است است. این موسسه تازه تاسیس در سال 2001 فعالیت خود را آغاز کرده است.

این موسسه هم اکنون 11000 دانشجو دارد و 140 رشته تحصیلی ارائه می دهد. زمینه های تحصیلی عبارتند از: توریسم، تجارت، IT ، هنرهای تجسمی، مشاوره، مهندسی و ساخت.

کمپس اصلی این موسسه واقع در پتان است. شهری یه فاصله 15 دقیقه از ولینگتون. به علاوه این موسسه در  ولینگتون، اوکلند و کرایست چرچ هم کمپس دارد.
